"Confused because the website made it sound better"
I’m disappointed. The website made this couch seem sturdy and like it would hold up well, but mine started falling apart way sooner than expected. I’m confused because it definitely doesn’t match what I thought I was buying.

"Comfy Enough, Just Not Amazing"

I don’t know if I just got a rough unit or if anyone actually tried putting this together before selling it, but the setup was a headache. Some of the parts didn’t line up right, and the instructions were vague enough that I had to keep guessing what to do next.

"Pushy salesperson, tbh"
Went into the store and it was fine overall, but the sales guy kept pushing extra add-ons and rushing us the whole time. It got annoying fast ngl, and instead of feeling helpful, it just felt like he wanted us to buy more stuff ASAP
"Ordering was okay, but delivery took too long"
I was in a bit of a rush when I placed my order, and the site was mostly fine to use, but checkout started lagging right when I needed it to be quick. The order went through eventually, but delivery was slower than I expected.

"We got our sofa from Ashley Furniture..."
We got our sofa from Ashley Furniture almost two years ago now, it’s been through a lot. Like, kids jumping all over it, the dog claiming it as his bed, snacks getting spilled, all that everyday stuff.
I was a little worried at first since we use it constantly, but it’s actually holding up really well. The cushions haven’t gone flat, nothing feels loose or squeaky, and the fabric still looks nice after we clean it. So yeah, I’m happy with it.

"I ordered a couch it got here quicker..."
I ordered a couch it got here quicker than I thought. Like, really quicker than I expected. The driver called ahead, which I appreciated. The only downside was the tracking didn’t update much, so I wasn’t totally sure what was going on, but the delivery speed was good, really good...

"Showed up right on schedule"
My couch arrived on the exact day they said it would, which was a relief. The driver called ahead before showing up, so I wasn’t just sitting around guessing. Compared to some other deliveries I’ve had where you’re kind of left wondering if... yeah, this was way smoother.

"Showed up damaged and getting help has been a pain"
I ordered a dresser from Ashley Furniture, and it showed up with a cracked corner and scratches all along one side. The box was beat up too, so I was kinda expecting something to be wrong, but it was still really frustrating to see.
I called customer service and kept getting passed around for days. They asked me to send photos twice, then said someone would get back to me, but I still haven’t heard anything. I paid way too much to have damaged furniture just sitting in my room, so I don’t think I’d order from them again.

"Almost Perfect Order!!"
My order was mostly right!! One of the chairs showed up in the wrong color, but everything else was totally fine. Overall, not a huge deal, but I do wish that one chair had matched the rest.

"Delivery scheduling was more annoying than expected"
Am I missing something, or should scheduling a furniture delivery be straightforward? The furniture itself is fine, no real complaints there, but getting the delivery set up took longer than I expected. The time kept changing, and I ended up having to call twice to get it sorted out. It wasn’t a total disaster or anything, just kind of frustrating.

"The warranty plan actually came in handy"
I wasn’t sure if the protection plan would be worth it, but it did end up helping when I needed to file a claim. The only downside was that the claim process took a bit longer than I expected. Has anyone else had the same issue with the wait time?

Customer service did eventually get back to me, but it took a couple of days, which felt a bit long, right? The first response didn’t really answer what I was asking, but another rep jumped in later and helped sort it out. It wasn’t a terrible experience or anything, I just feel like quicker replies and clearer answers would’ve made it a lot better.

Some of the deals were actually good, but once the delivery fees got added, it didn’t feel like as much of a bargain lol.

"Financing was quick and easy"
I used the financing option on ashleyfurniture.com, it went smoothly. The steps were simple to follow, and I got approved faster than I expected. I liked that the payments were shown clearly before I checked out too. Made buying my sofa a lot less stressful. Overall, it was a good experience.

"Return was easier than I expected"
So, I ended up having to return a chair I bought from ashleyfurniture.com because, the color just didn’t really work in my room the way I thought it would. I was kind of expecting the whole return process to be annoying, you know, with a bunch of back and forth, but it actually wasn’t bad at all.
The customer service person helped me get it set up quickly, and, like, the whole thing felt way easier than I had built it up in my head. My refund showed up a few days later too, so overall it was a smooth experience with no real issues.
